My name is Desiree Beardmore. I am a PhD student in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, with an emphasis in construction engineering management. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (also known as University Missouri Rolla and Missouri School of Mines). After earning my B.S. I worked on multi-disciplinary engineering and construction projects and continued my leadership in Engineers Without Borders.
